Mt Difficulty Bannockburn Dry Riesling 2025 is golden straw in colour. Intense lemon and grapefruit zest on the nose, layered with wet slate minerality. Powerful mid-palate weight from egg fermentation with concentrated yellow citrus and a core of chalky texture. Finishes long and slatey. Built for food now or cellaring to reveal more depth.

Mt Difficulty Dry Riesling will improve for 15 years given optimal cellaring conditions.

The fruit for this Riesling comes from a blend of our Rina Rose and Templars Hill vineyard which consists of Lochar top soil over fine to moderately coarse gravels.
