TASTING NOTE:

Mission Jewelstone Chardonnay colour is pale straw and the aromas are complex and sweet showing toast and stone fruit with hints of marzipan and complex struck flint notes. The palate is full with fine structure and forward fruit and a long clean finish. The texture is rich with subtle aromas on the mid palate.

FOOD MATCH:

Pan-seared scallops with lemon butter sauce, grilled peach and burrata salad with prosciutto, or Gruyère cheese puffs.
