Fermented and aged in a mix of new and aged French oak barriques, Kahurangi Estate Reserve Pinot Noir 2023 is a medium-bodied beauty and displays aromas of dark berry fruit, subtle star anise and the touch of cedar. The palate is silky smooth and combines ripe dark berry and soft spice flavours with lingering soft tannins for a warm and enticing finish.

Grapes sourced from a single vineyard in the Moutere Hills region of Nelson.

Kahurangi Estate is named after the stunning Kahurangi National Park on our doorstep. Kahurangi is a Maori word with a number of translations, two being “treasured possession” and “precious jewel”.
