TASTING NOTE: Rich aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, and plum are complemented by subtle spice and savoury notes. The palate is generous and smooth, with ripe dark fruit, fine tannins, and a long, balanced finish.

FOOD MATCH: Enjoy alongside grilled ribeye steak, slow-braised lamb shanks, beef ragù, venison, roast duck, wood-fired pizza, mushroom risotto, or aged hard cheeses such as Parmesan and Pecorino.

CELLAR: Approachable in its youth, this wine will continue to develop greater complexity and softer tannins with careful cellaring. Under suitable conditions, it is expected to drink well for 5–8 years from vintage.
