Trout Valley Reserve Pinot Noir 2024 750ml

Displaying gentle aromas of plum, vanilla and red berry fruit, the palate is light yet abundant in soft spice-berry flavours underpinned by subtle notes of dry herbs typical of French Oak.

Fruit sourced from 3 of our growers in the Nelson region from predominantly Moutere clay and stony alluvial soil. Initial hand plunging in open fermenters for 4 weeks then small portion of maturation in 1 & 2 year old French oak barrels, with majority of wine maturing in older French oak barrels for 10 months. This wine is a smooth and pleasurable drinking experience.
