Mission Estate Reserve Sauvignon Blanc '24 750ml

TASTING NOTE:

Unlike typical stainless-steel-tank New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs, the reserve profile is unique because it undergoes 100% barrel fermentation in French oak and extended ageing on lees. This gives it a distinctly textural, complex, and rounded structure. The colour is pale yellow. The bouquet has intense lime and tropical fruit aromas.

FOOD MATCH:

An excellent match for barbecued prawns, pan-seared snapper, or freshly shucked oysters. Creamy goat's cheese, feta, or a curated charcuterie board. Fresh green salads or woodfired vegetarian pizzas.
